Résumé : Hemincphrectomy considered for a long time as the classical intervention for double kidneys, gives way to more preservative techniques. The pyclo-pyelic, pyelo-urctcral, uretero-ureteral, uretero-vesical anastomoses and the combined plastics may, in many instances, save kidneys which would otherwise be destroyed. A few technical points arc described and the respective indications of these interventions are discussed on the basis of some typical cases. This paper may be considered as a preliminary report, more complete data with late results will be published later. © 1958 S. Karger AG, Basel.
