Résumé : The article presents a prospective approach according to scenarios applied to Belgian criminal justice. The insight is mainly put on the processes in order to allow dissemination to other sectors. Compared to other prospective exercises, the originality of the approach lies in an interdisciplinary, participative and inductive method based on perceived features from the field. The proposed scenarios are illustrated by examples for professions and organizations related to justice. The conclusions discusses the contribution of the prospective approach for penal system and for other sectors aiming at a better link-up between public policy and public management.
