Résumé : 4 cases of duplicate pylorus, with their endoscopic and radiologic aspects are reviewed. A pool of 63 cases from recent litterature is also examined. The authors stress the acquired aspect of theses cases (antro-bulbar cific is in fact associated with the ulcer itself. Fistulization often results in loss of the painful symptomatology and surgery is usually not indicated unless further complications occur. The authors finally suggest that the duplicate pylorus is not as rare an entity as it may seem. © 1980 Springer-Verlag.
