| Résumé : | An annular hematoma of the cecum was observed in a patient receiving anticoagulant therapy. The literature is reviewed and the clinical, biologic and radiologic elements of the diagnosis collected: these data may spare those frail patients a surgical aggression, often needless, since an adequate conservative treatment may well heal them. |
