Résumé :

Measurement of the deformity of a screw-plate by means of strain gauges is possible in vivo. The experience in 10 patients is reported. The charts obtained since the mobilisation are characteristic of the movement performed. The amplitude of the deformities, a sign of the solidity of the material, helps in guiding the recovery, in that the deformities remain within a critical threshold beyond which collapses of the implant are to be feared. Measurement of the deformities of the implant also allows the progress of the consolidation to be assessed.
