Résumé : Five cases of fat embolism were recognized within 30 mth. Fat embolism is not a clinical entity but rather an aspect of the posttraumatic microembolism with a predominance in lipids. A therapeutic protocol is proposed comprising: heparin, lipostabil, rheomacrodex and albumin.
