Résumé : The use of real time in obstetrics is a fact of incontestable progress, especially for the rendering of movements, respiratory movements in particular, one of the most fascinating phenomena to be observed during fetal exploration. In addition, the tremendous facility of echoscopic exploration is no negligible argument for its more generalized usage. One minus point remains however, the dimension of the field which one can explore at a single glance remains too limited, particularly during the third trimester.
