Résumé : In a study including 63 patients suffering from myocardial infarction, and 26 patients with miscellaneous diseases, it appeared that intravenous catheters provoked significant iodine contamination. The X fluorescence analysis of the 'Intracath' revealed the presence of iodine; titration demonstrated a concentration of 12.2% of iodine.
