Résumé : Filling the pocket of the capsule with spongiosa chips, from the wing of the ilium, which are introduced from an axillary approach after freshening of the glenoidal border, corrects simultaneously the 3 anatomical defects that are responsible for the instability of the shoulder. This method provides a biological repair procedure. It is simple to perform, is not traumatising, causes no limitations of movement, and no aesthetic damage.
