Résumé :

A case of bilateral carotid thrombosis is presented. The clinical picture and the evolution are explained on the basis of several investigations. The injuries to the large arteries and the paths of b,ood supply are well demonstrated by angiography. Scanning with pertechnetate shows some cerebral lesions, but the radio albumin microsphere technique shows bilateral avascular lesions.
