Résumé : The leukocyte adherence inhibition test in arthritis that the authors have developed appears to be a new, simple and reproducible assay of leukocyte function and a very useful tool for detecting the presence of various receptors on leukocyte membrane. Their experiments have shown that in vitro L-propranolol could modify the reactivity of leukocytes from polyarthritis patients with a synovial antigenic extract.
