Résumé : Local treatments of leg ulcers require necrotic tissues destruction and preventing and reducing surinfection with local antiseptics. Local and general antibiotherapy are proposed in defined circumstances. Choice of local dressings are dependent on necrosis, degree of exsudation, global cost and compliance of the patient.
