Résumé :

Three cases of spinal segmentation anomalies were diagnosed in utero during routine sonography. All cases were associated with other malformations. Sonographic features are described and discussed. These cases emphasize the need to exclude other abnormalities if spinal deformity without meningocoele is demonstrated.
