Résumé : Two novel dialkylmethylidenemalonate (DAMM) analogs: diallylmethylidenemalonate (AAMM, 1b) and cyclohexylethylmethylidenemalonate (CEMM, 1c) were synthesized and evaluated for their capacity to polymerise to stable nanoparticles and to adsorb primaquine diphosphate (PQ). PQ loading onto poly-AAMM (PAAMM, 1b) and poly-CEMM (PCEMM, 1c) was up to 90% in the pH range from 6.0 to 8.5. A significant improvement of the physicochemical characteristics and the PQ desorption capacity of the nanoparticles was achieved in this series of PDAMM analogs. © 1993.
