Résumé : The nucleotide sequence of tRNAAsp from X. laevis oocytes was deterd as being: pU-C-C-U-C-m2G-U-U-m1G-G-U-A-Ψ-A-G-G-U-G-G-D-G-A-G- U-A-U-C-C-C-C-G-C-C-U-Q1-U-C-A-m5C-G-C-G-G-G-A-G- A-m5C-m5C-G-G-G-G-T-Ψ-C-A-A-U-U-C-C-C-C-G-A-C-G- G-G-G-A-G-C-C-AOH. The tRNA is 75 nucleotides long. This sequence is very similar (75% to 97% identity) to all other eukaryotic tRNAAsp sequenced so far, except for the bovine liver tRNAAsp (32% identify). The relation between the presence of a mannosyl group on queuosine (Q) at position 34 and the nucleotide sequence of the anticodon loop is discussed. © 1984.
