Résumé :

Histological and histochemical observations were carried out concerning the different kinds of cells which make up the ectoderm layer of Cerianthi. The external tube secreted by some of the ectoderm cells has been analysed by biochemical methods. The results obtained were compared with those from some well known sedentary polychaete worms which also possess an external tube of similar texture. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
