Résumé : Ninety-four patients with solid tumours have been treated by Natulan. A definite objective response has been noted in 3 cases of head and neck carcinoma, 3 case of lung cancer, 1 case of ovary carcinoma, 1 case of colon carcinoma and 1 case of epidermoid carcinoma of unknown origin. Two questionable objective responses have also been observed in head and neck carcinomas. The hematological toxicity has been moderate and always reversible except in 3 patients who died of infection with leukopenia. The main drawback of the treatment consisted in gastrointestinal toxicity. © 1966.
