| Résumé : | ANTS '98, the First International Workshop on Ant Colony Optimization, was held in Brussels on the 14th to the 16th of October. The aim of the event was to bring together researchers and practitioners with a wide variety of interests, from biology to physics, engineering and computer science. The main topic considered was structured complex behaviors from the massive composition of simple communicating agents, in this case the lowly ant as the model. |
