Résumé : Study of colour vision and congenital dyschromatopsia has implications for psychology, physiology, genetics and pathology. Great progress in understanding the mechanisms of colour vision has been achieved during the last fifteen years, thanks to spectrophotometric and microelectric-physiological data. This allows understanding of the results of clinical tests investigating colour vision and of the abnormalities found in congenital dyschromatopsia.
