Résumé :

We report that IFN-γ added 72 hours before culture confluence induced marked increase of β2-microglobulin (β2m) and the appearance of significant amounts of Ia antigens on AFCs and chorionic villi cells (CVCs) and provoked functional modification in proliferative assays performed with soluble antigen on purified lymphocytes from the parents.
