Résumé : Only one case of Malakoplakia was found out of 1130 renal sonograms and 1400 abdominal CAT-scans. Thirty-five cases of renal Malakoplakia have been described in the literature. In the reported case, this rare pathology of unknown origin looks very much like a pseudotumor. It appears echogenically as a relatively homogeneous solid mass. The CAT-scan reveals a hypovascular triangular zone with bumpy edges.
