Résumé : Three cases of anuria in polycystic renal disease due to compression of the ureter by large cysts of the lower pole of the kidney are reported. Excision of the cysts led to excellent recovery of renal function. Although the incidence of this complication is probably rare, it must be considered in all cases of rapid deterioration of renal function in polycystic disease since it warrants urological treatment.
