Résumé : Regarding the number of female cases (1/9) and incidence increasing, breast cancer remains the greatest public health issue. Presently, the best treatment for our patients is to screen and to treat the disease at an early stage. In our screening process " Mammotest", all women in Belgium, between 50 and 69 years, are called to a certify center every 2 years to have a mammogram. Therefore, the general practitioner has an important roll to play for a better contact in the screening process of the patients.
