Résumé : Currently magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) allows an in vivo demonstration of all cranial nerves. The realisation of this kind of examination requires a precise knowledge of the patient's symptomatology and a very extensive anatomical competence. MRI offers a substantial progress in diagnosis and a very interesting way to study clinical anatomy.
