Résumé : | The coronary sinus (CS) is a complex structure comprising a mesh of circumferential muscular fibers with oblique connections to both atria. We describe further evidence for the clinical importance of CS arrhythmogenicity in maintaining atrial fibrillation (AF) in humans. |
