Résumé : A highly regio- and stereoselective, nickel(II)-catalyzed procedure for the hydrophosphonylation of ynamides has been developed. This protocol provides a straightforward and efficient entry to a series of beta-aminovinylphosphonates that can easily be prepared in good yields from a wide range of ynamides and dialkyl phosphites as well as useful insights into the reactivity of ynamides under nickel catalysis.
